Just about two weeks ago I thought to myself, ‘hey, maybe if I put a few masks up on my webshop-page I could sell them and make a little money for a worthy cause. $25 each, if I sold 10 that would be $250!’
But you, my blog followers, you were amazing. You bumped my hoped for number by 6 times. The total I received was $1500! Way to keep yourself and and others safe and help fund a fine organization to feed the hungry.
Every penny of that money went to Feeding America.
Wow and Wow and Wow again.

I also want to add a huge thank you to the US Postal Service. Throughout all of this, they keep doing their job. They bring us our mail, our special orders [for example, face masks] and kindly take our outgoing mail. Monday through Saturday. That’s 6 out of every 7 days.
The USPS! Represented here by my uber cool neighborhood postal carrier Tim, who everyday brings mail and packages to us and takes any that we have to send out.
Thank You Tim! You and the work you do is most definitely appreciated!

I loved every minute of this adventure. What a wonderful feeling to have found something that can be of help.
Now it’s time to go back to my other projects, including the one below which has been on my floor, sitting patiently and out of the way for over two weeks.

I’ll be closing my mask making business now. Thank You Thank You Thank You for helping to make it such success!
Thank you so much for our masks! They are gorgeous and do not steam up my husband’s glasses.
You are so very welcome Jan! There was a learning curve, but with all the help out there we figured out a solution to the foggy glasses problem.
So happy you decided to do this and that my family snagged four of them to wear with pride for as long as we need to!
Thank You Judy! It was so much fun, I couldn’t have done it without you and all the other people who bought a mask.
