How are you all doing? Are you like me, feeling a bit lost in space? I keep wondering, what day is it ??? Time is shifting too, I’m either moving through molasses and the seconds tick by an hour at a time, then, a moment later, I look at the clock and the entire afternoon is over.
The times that whiz by tend to be either, I cannot lie, when I am at the computer, sometimes productive, working on my web page, shop or blog, other times [ahem…] just wandering through the internet looking at every random thing.
Or, the best time adjuster, when I am in my studio, at my sewing machine. Right now, I’m working on a project for a Baltimore customer who fell in love with this jacket,

But, alas, by the time she returned to my booth, it had been sold.
Although most of the fabric had been cut up to make the jacket above, I did have enough leftover that I could piece it and along with some added extra fabrics, make her a new jacket.
Below, still in process, the new jacket, a sister to the original.
The front and back are almost finished, just a few changes here and there. Then, the sleeves, then sew it together and, finished.

To all of you socially distancing yourselves, isolated in your homes, I’m sending wishes to you and your friends and families,
Please, be safe! Take care and stay well.
I haven’t been sure about the day of the week for some time. :—/
This new jacket is going to be really interesting. Hope we get to see if when it’s finished.
Take good care.
Elisabeth, it’s a deal! I’ll post a photo when it’s finished.
