Last Saturday, by 9:55am, I had set up. And the other artists too, Elisabeth Gillem, Dayna Pinkham, Rebecca Bashara and Nicky Falkenhayn, we were all ready.
My racks were full.
Scarves in Place.
10:00am, we opened the doors and before we knew it, we were full! So many wonderful people stopped by.
Including Junko, who came wearing one of her fabulous kimonos.
And the adorable Hobbes, keeping an attentive eye on his owner as she tried on jackets.
How to keep at it for 2 days? Comfortable shoes!
Karen, who was helping me, and Betty, compare theirs.
A few jackets needed tweaking, shorter sleeves, a little less width. Lined up I saw they were either black and white or red. A trend? Or coincidence?
Whew! A wonderful 2 days! Thank you one and all for helping to make our show such a rousing success!
