I’m finishing up some new work for a photo shoot. I want dynamic pieces with lots of energy.
It’s a yin/yang thing, I love subtle, but some days I want more, I want bold.
A sneak peak:
The bottom part of a jacket, I’m calling this one “Regatta”.
The skirt of a dress. Do you remember? I started this one a few weeks ago.
Today it gets the top half.
The top corner of a vest, pieced, appliqued and beaded.
A coat,… almost finished!
Next up? Finish, finish them all. Then off to the photo studio, put them on the model, focus and shoot. And shoot again. And again. Shoot some more. And again. One more time. Until they are as close as we can get to perfect.
Wow! These are so dynamic and exciting! Regatta really does have a nautical feel. I love these powerful designs that photograph so well!
