I was washing these beautiful strawberries after my Saturday trip to the farmer’s market and I thought these berries are so beautiful, I must take their picture.
And these tomatoes, fresh from the field. Gorgeous!
Cherry tomatoes! I have to take their picture too!
The last of the cherries for the season,… sigh,..
Pretty soon I was snapping photos of everything I had bought at the market.
Do you do that? Lose yourself in September produce?
I mean, it can’t get any more fantastic than fresh fruits and vegetables. Really fresh. I mean, like, that morning they were still growing.
Nectarines.
What? Sewing? Yes, that was the rest of my week. Which was also filled with beautiful things, only of the woven variety.
A new top for MaryJane, who wanted something to go with a jacket she bought a number of years ago.
The design was inspired by this top, only the new one will have sleeves. Because, you know, it’s custom and each one is made special for each person.
I totally get the attraction to fresh produce, it does the same thing to me too. It must be the time of year for this kind of obsession!
