Loops: Bias Strips and Applique Techniques

October 14, 2012 2 Comments

Those little strips that loop along the edge of this top? They’re not skinny ribbons, they’re bias tubes of fabric. And you know, they’re not that hard to make if you know the tricks.

I’m going to be offering an afternoon workshop at my favorite fabric store right here in Portland, Josephine’s. I’ll be teaching how to make and use these skinny bias tubes of silk.

It’s going to be fun! Sign up now! Saturday, November 10, 2 to 5 pm. An affordable $65, includes supplies. Sign up at Josephine’s: 503 224 4202.

Check out more info here.

I have enrolled in your tubes class at Josephine’s in Portland for the 10th. What supplies do we need to take?

    So looking forward to this!

I’m looking forward to the class too, it should be a lot of fun!
Supplies are covered, so you don’t need to bring anything.
      See you on the 10th!
