I appliqued squares onto this kimono silk, black with red tie-dyed polka dots. I added the squares in a sort of a grid, based on where the dots were.
I kept thinking about the languages of codes, so mysterious, all those dots and dashes, arrows and slashes.
This jacket is GORGEOUS!! A mysterious and important message is being put out in code calling ladies who see it to “come try me on and take me home”.
