There’s lots going on in my studio these days. I’m getting ready for the ACE show in Evanston IL. These bolts are lined up and ready to be turned into jackets.
A kimono silk swing coat, laying on my table, inside out. It’s ready to be sewn and finished. Lots of little pieces of silk make up these coats, you can see them all here.

Only five weeks before the show. My head is down and my mind is focused, I’m not even thinking about the fact that it’s summer out there.
