It’s total focus on new work as I get ready for the Baltimore Craft Show. It’s only a few weeks away!
I’ve been juggling lots of new projects, pieced, appliquéd and beaded.
Below, a new jacket, here in mid-piecing.
And this view, closer to becoming an actual jacket.
This beaded piece below has been so much fun to work on. The fabric design’s been suggesting where to add the different sized beads.
It’s an antidote to the news out there. I get lost in the details as I sew on each bead.
The two above aren’t quite finished yet, but the one below is.
Beads and small appliqués on this so very cool kimono silk with umbrellas and tendrils of tiny blossoms.
