Happy Mother’s Day!

May 8, 2011

“Yes!” I said to my customer, “I can make it again, only this time longer, fuller and with sleeves.”

So, I’ve been working on a second generation of this little black and white dress.

The new one will have the same basic look and feel, but will be a step away from the original. Because dress #2 will be longer, it will have different proportions. That means the design will change a bit. It is the same idea but will be reborn into something new and different. Different but related. Like mother and daughter.

I want each piece to flatter and enhance the body it adorns.”
