I posted an ‘in process’ photo of this vest a while back. Since then, I finished it, brought it to photographer Dan Kvitka who made this beautiful picture with the fantastic Grace Holland, exhibited it at the Baltimore show and sent it on its way to a new home.
Sometimes it’s like that, before you turn around, they rush off to a new life.
Before it was sewn to the body of the vest, the finished peplum laid out on the floor.
So many circles! This one took a while.

Absolutely stunning
Hi Ann, my mom turned me onto your blog which I really like. Your work is so unique and gorgeous. You are just so frigging talented! Wish I had a pile of money…sigh. I hope you’re doing well. I wish we lived closer as I would love to see you more often than bumping into each other every 5 years or so. Take care!
