ACC Craft show in San Francisco

K in red ume trench

I’m home from my trip to San Francisco, one of my favorite cities! I always love coming to the SF ACC show.

Kathryn and her husband Howard came by to see what was new. She tried on lots of jackets and coats and looked so cute I grabbed my camera and snapped a few pictures.

Kathryn looks great in a trench, this one has red Ume flowers. Ume, a wonderful word, it’s Japanese for plum.

Ume Hitoe

Howard was doing an excellent job as cheer leader. Kathryn is modeling a Hitoe, an unlined blouse/jacket, a bit more structured than a blouse, but softer and lighter than a jacket.

Beaded white jacket

This jacket reminded another customer of Monet’s waterlilies. It’s embroidered and beaded with little silver beads to add to the sparkle effect.

Thank you Kathryn, Howard and all the other wonderful people I saw and met in San Francisco.

I can’t wait to come back again next year!

I want each piece to flatter and enhance the body it adorns.”
